Charli was an absolute lifesaver today after I'd had a hair-crisis at another hairdresser earlier in the day. Instantly felt at ease, she listened to what I wanted and nailed it. All staff were wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!

I had a cut and blowout with Shiv today. Best blowout I’ve ever had!!! Would give it ten stars if I could. I’ve never seen my hair like this, it’s absolutely stunning. Shiv is also so sweet. I couldn’t have been happier.

I had such a great experience with Shiv! She was so detailed and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She was super friendly, listened carefully to all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out — you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her work. Highly recommend!

I came in last Sunday and I dealt with Tony, what a lovely man he is! He recommended a serum from L’Oréal I hadn’t tried before and Omgoodness it’s my new fav! Instead of getting my normal shampoo I was shown a better and larger set which gave me more than my moneys worth! I was shown some cute tattoo color creams and had a funny chat with me. I felt informed and so welcome! I will definitely be back and I will be back to check out the salon! Thanks Tony 😄

I had an incredible appointment with Shiv today! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Shiv took the time to really understand the change I wanted to make and celebrated my vision every step of the way. The best part? I’ve recently been introduced to Chloe at Hairhouse Cranbourne park to help me with my piercing journey after multiple terrible experiences with other places I’ve been to. It’s safe to say now that I have found my permanent piercer moving forward. Chloe is experienced, knowledgeable and a hoot all in one. Not only have I been able to get the fabulous service she provides but the hilarious conversations have been a cherry on top. Attention to detail is top notch, the options available are plenty, and the after care support is next to none. Thank you Chloe, looking forward to the next appointment for some more piercing therapy!

Over the last few months Chloe has been helping me create my ear stack . Consisting of existing piercings requiring jewellery change over. As well as adding fresh piercings. There are many lovely and affordable jewellery options. Chloe’s knowledge of aftercare has helped with the healing process , of new piercings and the healing process of a pre existing piercing bump ( piercing was done else where). Appointments have always ran on time, and the necessary consultation prior to adding new piercing. Highly recommend, these services.
